At HOMI, we are committed to delivering exceptional service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service you booked through our platform, our refund policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
a. Service Issues:
- The service was not performed as described or scheduled.
- The service provider failed to show up for the appointment.
b. Cancellations by HOMI or the Service Provider:
- If a booking is canceled by HOMI or the assigned service provider, you will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
c. Service Dissatisfaction:
- If the service quality did not meet reasonable expectations, HOMI will assess the situation and may issue a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Late Cancellations: If the booking is canceled by the client after the allowed cancellation window (see section 4).
- Incomplete or Incorrect Booking Details: If incorrect service details, addresses, or preferences were provided during the booking process.
- Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel the service after it has been completed.
- Force Majeure Events: Situations outside of HOMI’s control, such as extreme weather or natural disasters.
4. Cancellation Window
- Standard Services: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
- Same-Day Bookings: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be charged up to 50% of the hours booked.
- No-Show by the Client: If the client is not present at the scheduled time or fails to provide access, the service will be marked as “completed,” and no refund will be issued.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
